How many agents are on my team that start each day by saying, I start every day with a smile on my face? Keep that mindset positive.
Two, there's opportunity in every marketplace, no matter what is happening. Three, have a strategy to take advantage of that opportunity, whether you're helping buyers, sellers or renters or investors, there's always opportunity.
