Founders

Randal and Erik have been working in and around Boston for over 15 years.

Randal Engelmann

Randal, originally from Illinois, moved to Boston in 1995 after visiting friends and felt an immediate connection with the city. He fell in love with real estate shortly after. 

Erik Gould 

Also, from Illinois, Erik met Randal in college. After building their life together in Boston, he had a short stint in Human Resources before catching Randal's fervor for real estate.
