Hey, Agent, here's a quick pro tip for you today. What is the single question that you can ask any of your clients in 2023 that will help you through any of their transactions? When you first meet them, ask them what they expect of their real estate agent and let them talk. And then as soon as they finish talking, say, can you tell me a little bit more about that? Because I'll tell you, the people that are helping people the best are the ones that ask the right questions.
