As the winter season approaches, many families in our community face tough challenges. Children in need often go without essentials, like a warm coat, or a small gift to brighten their holidays. At Focus Real Estate, we're committed to making a difference through our annual fundraising drive for Cradles to Crayons and Toys for Tots, and we invite you to join us in giving back this season!
Cradles to Crayons - Warm Coats, Warm Futures!
This year, our goal is to provide 100 coats for children who need them most. Every $15 donation will provide one child with a winter coat, helping to keep them warm throughout the harsh winter months.
With one in three children under the age of 12 in Massachusetts lacking access to a winter coat, there’s a clear need for community support. Your gift can make a tangible difference. To donate to support this cause, visit Cradles to Crayons - 2024 Coats for Kids Campaign.

Toys for Tots - Bring a Toy and Share the Joy!
In addition to our coat drive, we are honored to partner with Toys for Tots as an official drop-off location! From now until December 15th, bring new, unwrapped toys to our office at 34 South Street, Jamaica Plain, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The toys collected will be distributed as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Northern Plymouth counties.
Since 1947, the United States Marine Corps Reserve has distributed over 542 million toys to more than 250 million children across the country, thanks to the generosity of community members like you.
