FOCUS on Fall: An Unforgettable Evening with Candy Wicks

Last Wednesday’s FOCUS on Fall artist reception was a resounding success! We were thrilled to welcome so many art lovers and community members to our Jamaica Plain office to celebrate the work of the incredibly talented Candy Wicks. The warm atmosphere and vibrant artwork created a perfect setting for ushering in the fall season.

An Evening of Art, Conversations, and Community

Guests were immersed in the beauty of Candy’s nature-inspired watercolors, which perfectly captured the essence of fall. Attendees also enjoyed a delicious spread that included fresh vegetables with a creamy dip, a cheese and charcuterie platter, herb focaccia bread, chips and hummus, a fruit platter, assorted meats, breads, sweet pastries, and a selection of wine

The reception was filled with lively conversations as Candy mingled with guests, sharing insights into her artistic process and connecting over the inspiration behind some of her featured pieces.

A Successful Night for the Arts

We’re excited to announce that several of Candy’s pieces found new homes during the reception! The support and enthusiasm from the community were truly heartwarming, and it was wonderful to see so many people connect with Candy’s art on such a personal level.
