Meet Ruben!

Ruben has a background in psychology and brings the many lessons learned and strategies used in his past career to benefit his clients. Being client-focused is key, along with listening, problem-solving, and envisioning. He helps clients have a better understanding of their stories, including their strengths and challenges, needs and preferences. He also helps them create a new narrative, accomplishing new goals that best meet their potential, hopes and aspirations.

Having lived in and purchased homes in both urban and suburban areas, Ruben has a first-hand understanding of the draw to and benefits of home ownership outside of the city as well as within. Ruben is also fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and adept at meeting the service needs of diverse populations, a handy skill in working with the diverse communities in and around Boston.

Ruben takes pride in his home and enjoys a hands-on approach to home improvement projects and maintenance during his free time. Together for over 30 years and married for over 10, Ruben and his husband enjoy the company of their two dogs, bicycling, traveling and good food. Favorite destinations and their corresponding cuisines include Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Morocco, and San Juan.
